Terms & Condition


1. Unichef's Catering guarantees Food & Service up to a maximum of 10%
    of no# of Guest Reserved.

2. Unichef's will set up facility up to a number of guest reserved only.

3. Menu of the additional 10% excess of minimum number of guest reserved
    will be upon the availability & discretion of Unichef's kitchen management staff.

4. If number of guest exceed the maximum amount. Unichef's catering shall provide
    food service on best effort basis and upons client's approval.

5. Unichef's shall charge the client the minimum guaranteed or actual number of guest
    whichever is higher.

6. No additional food is allowed other than catered food except for dessert & Lechon only.

7. A minimum of Php 10,000 or 25% of the total Catering bill as reservation fee for Unichef's
    Catering schedule for Time & Date stated only. Reservation fee is non refundable upon
    cancellation of Unichef's Catering Services. Another 25% downpayment must be forwarded
    upon signing of contract by client. Initial deposit will be credited to the total catering bill.
    The Balance of 50% of total catering bill must be forwarded by client 10 days before the
    function. Other incidental charges incurred may be settled right after the function in cash.

8. Menu Prices are inclusive of service charge & government taxes for on premise catering.
    Additional service charge + VAT will be added for off premise catering.

9. The air conditioned Teresa Reception Hall shall be used up to a maximum of 3 hours
    party time only. Excess hours will charge Php 2,000.00/hour starting on the 4th hour
    for the 1st floor Teresa Hall Main 2nd floor excess hour will be charge Php 1,500.00/hr.

10. Client are not allowed to bring any beverage except wine or liquor. See Corkage Fee.

11. All Menus include 1 round of 8 oz. Glass of ice tea. Additional Beverage package available.
     See Bar Charges.

12. Change in date & time will automatically forfiet your reservation fee for Catering Service.

13. Usage of the facility other than reserved time & date should be coordinated
      to the Facility Manager.

14. Management will not be responsible for losses of guest valuables.

15. Maximum number of guest are required for the following Teresa's Function Rooms
      for Unichef's Catering Client only.

1. Basic Drink Package - add Php 25.00 per head (with refill) includes soda, diet soda, mineral
    water, coffee and ised tea with complete set

2. Refreshing Fresh Fruit and Ice Cream Shakes - add Php 75.00 per head (with refill) include
    basic drink set-up of ice, mineral water, soda, iced tea, punch, coffee plus flavors ice cream
    shakes, watermelon, green & yellow mango, guyabano, melon four season shakes.

3. Corkage Fee
          a. Beer - Php 200.00 / case
          b. Liquor or wine - Php 200.00 / bottle
